Wuji Hundun Qigong

Join Daisy and learn this ancient series of 18 empowering movements that was passed down from her late teacher, Master Duan Zhi Liang, whose ancestors were the guardians and healers of the Chinese royal court.

Wuji Hundun Qigong is an 800-year-old health and longevity practice that was once only known by the elite as well as select martial artists and healers of China. This timeless Qigong has brought profound healing and youthful vitality to people of all ages and is now available to anyone who desires to learn.

Inspired by the natural, agile movements and easy grace of animals in the wild, the renowned Chinese physician, Hua Tuo, developed 5 Animal Qigong (Wu Qin Xi), a series of Qigong exercises he developed to aid people in regaining their vital energy. By practicing the movements and qualities of the 5 animals - the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane - those with weak immunity and compromised mobility were able to reawaken their vigor and joy for life.
